When it comes to urban cool, Tramline has got it down. This versatile venue on Hawkins Street in the heart of Dublin only opened in September 2017 but has quickly developed a reputation for being a quality hangout spot, event space and live music venue.
With its impressive interior design based around transport with its arches and Eastern European light fittings, Tramline is a distinctive, hip venue full of industrial energy. Whether you’re attending a gig or a club night at the venue, you can catch a drink at one of Tramline’s two bars or even scoff a wood fired pizza from its bronze pizza oven.
Capable of fitting up to 1000 people, Tramline’s ability to hold an event has been impressive in its short life. As a live music venue, it specializes in hosting up-and-coming Irish acts on its spot-lit stage with its state-of-the-art sound system. Since opening Tramline has hosted indie rockers Ham Sandwich, a charity gig in aid of Amnesty International, and the final of Radio Nova’s unsigned talent contest Nova Discovered.
